YES! Your credit card information is protected. All credit card processing is handled through PayPal’s trusted and secure payment processing. You don’t even have to have a PayPal account!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since all of our products are personalized specifically for each child, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

What is My Books and Music’s refund policy?

Due to the nature of the products being personalized that we cannot refund any money, if it is our mistake they can mail the book back to us and we will make a new one at no cost to them
